Home Sampling
Is there a charge for home sample collection?
No. Home sample collection is free. You only pay for the tests you book.
Which areas of Faisalabad do you cover?
We cover most areas of Faisalabad city. Share your address when booking and our team will confirm.
Tests
Do I need to fast before my test?
Fasting is needed for a few tests such as fasting blood sugar and lipid profile, usually 10-12 hours. Water is allowed. Each test in our price list shows whether fasting is required.
Reports
How will I receive my report?
Reports are sent on WhatsApp and can be collected from the branch. Most routine tests are reported the same day.
Ultrasound & Radiology
Do I need an appointment for ultrasound?
Booking an appointment is recommended so you do not have to wait. You can book online, on call or on WhatsApp.
How should I prepare for an abdominal ultrasound?
Fast for 6-8 hours before the scan. For a pelvic scan, come with a full bladder. Preparation is shown beside every scan in our price list.
Payment
How can I pay?
You can pay in cash at the branch or to our phlebotomist at the time of sample collection.
Bookings
How do I track my booking?
Use the Track Booking page with your booking reference and the phone number you booked with.
